Welcome to Country Willows, a gracious farmhouse country bed and breakfast located in beautiful Southern Oregon. Situated on a bucolic five acres at the edge of the charming theatre town of Ashland, the inn brilliantly blends the rustic elegance of a historical farm with the comfort and modern amenities today’s visitors seek.

A Glimmer of the Past . . .

Built in 1896, the Inn was once a working horse farm and remnants of its past are evident in the many farm implements found throughout the property. The barn once housed a stallion fertility station; over the years rooms in both the inn and the barn were added and fashioned in a craftsman manner to reflect its original heritage. Throughout its history as both a farm and an inn, perennial gardens have been planted, fences mended, and animals welcomed, a testament to the on-going rhythm and life of this Ashland farmstead/inn. Now in its third decade as a bed and breakfast inn, Country Willows welcomes both returning and new guests each year.

A Glimpse of the Present . . .

Relax and unwind in one of our spacious and well-appointed guest rooms offering views of the Cascade and Siskiyou Mountain ranges, and quite possibly, a wandering goat or a wayward goose. Inspired by European country houses in their detail, rooms in the inn and cottage exude calmness in their understated elegance, simplicity, and charm. Barn suites reflect their Northwest heritage with superb attention to detail, timeless design, and spacious interiors.

Take your book, grab a complimentary cup of hot tea or homemade cookie from the afternoon offering, and sit in one of the Adirondack chairs by the willow tree (or perhaps you’d prefer the café table under the cherry tree).

Follow the path heading from the barn to access miles of hiking trails meandering through timber stands and open meadows. When you’ve worked up a sweat, remember that the pool is open, inviting you to float or splash as you like. Retire to your own private porch or patio for a lazy, sun-soaked nap before gearing up for a night of theatre.
