Policies

  • A one-night deposit, per room, is required when making reservations. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date (High Season), or 15 days prior to arrival date (Low Season),will result in a refund of deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, per room. Cancellations received less than 30 days notice (High Season), or 15 days notice (Low Season), will result in forfeiture of deposit.
  • Any change in the reservation including change in arrival date or departure date, or moving the reservation to completely new dates, will result in a $35 change fee.
  • We do not have a 2-night minimum stay requirement, but during the high season there is a $20 charge added for a single-night weekend (Friday or Saturday) reservation unless there is only one night available at time of booking.
  • Taxes: The 1.8% Oregon State lodging tax will be added. (Country Willows Inn is not subject to the additional city lodging tax of 9% which is applied to other hotels and inns in the area).
  • Check-in time is between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. Please call if you will arrive before 3:00 pm or after 5:00 pm.
  • Children over the age of 10 are welcome.
  • Pets are not permitted.  We will be happy to help you make arrangements for the boarding of your pets at a nearby kennel.
  • All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.
